Product Lead, Marketing & Adoption

RADaR is hiring a Product Lead, Marketing & Adoption for our Kansas City, Jackson County location. This is a full-time position supporting our office presence across Kansas City, Columbia, and St. Louis, Missouri.

About the Role

As Product Lead, Marketing & Adoption, you will drive customer success and market penetration for our platform. You'll bridge product strategy with marketing execution, ensuring seamless adoption and retention of our offerings across all customer segments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate product adoption
• Lead cross-functional efforts between product and marketing teams to align on messaging and positioning
• Identify customer adoption barriers and design solutions to improve onboarding and engagement
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product direction
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers to understand their needs and drive long-term value
• Measure and optimize adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, and product usage
• Collaborate with leadership to set adoption targets and create accountability across teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in product strategy, marketing, or customer adoption roles
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable product and marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and improving adoption metrics
• Track record of leading successful product launches or go-to-market campaigns
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without employer sponsorship

Work Arrangement

This role operates on a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days working remotely, giving you flexibility while maintaining collaboration with our Kansas City team.
