About the Role

As Campus People Strategy Partner at Genesis Healthcare in Winslow, you'll be the human resources leader for your facility, shaping our workplace culture and supporting staff excellence. This on-site position partners with clinical and administrative leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and hiring for campus positions, from posting and candidate sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Conduct employee relations and resolve workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
• Implement training programs, professional development initiatives, and orientation for all staff levels
• Support compensation and benefits administration while ensuring competitive offerings
• Ensure facility compliance with federal and state employment laws and healthcare industry standards
• Partner with leadership to develop and communicate HR policies, performance expectations, and career growth opportunities
• Build and sustain a collaborative, inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and supported
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention strategies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional HR experience)
• 3+ years of HR experience in healthcare, long-term care, or facility operations
• Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage confidential information with integrity
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and staff development
• SHRM certification or willingness to pursue professional HR credentials
