As our Sales & Member Services Representative, you'll be at the heart of the member experience, managing inquiries, guiding families through enrollment, and helping our community discover why Goldfish Swim School is the preferred swim instruction provider in the area. What You'll Do

• Greet members and prospective families with genuine warmth and assist with program inquiries and enrollment
• Present membership options and class schedules, emphasizing the value of our swim instruction programs
• Process memberships, manage account updates, and resolve billing or scheduling questions
• Maintain accurate member records and support administrative operations
• Create a welcoming, fun atmosphere that reflects our commitment to making swim school enjoyable for every child and family
• Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure seamless member experiences
