What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, product specifications, and equipment setup
- Process customer requests, manage account information, and handle order logistics with accuracy
- Troubleshoot equipment concerns and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues quickly
- Provide guidance on product selection and usage to help clients choose the right solutions
- Build strong relationships with gym and studio partners, becoming a trusted point of contact
- Document interactions and feedback to improve our service and product offerings
- Support the fulfillment of our 100% Performance guarantee by ensuring customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Customer service experience in a B2B or equipment/retail environment preferred
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency with computer systems, email, and CRM platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requests efficiently
- Genuine interest in fitness and helping clients achieve their goals
