You'll evaluate patients across the lifespan, design targeted treatment plans, and guide recovery through skilled therapeutic interventions. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to identify functional limitations and rehabilitation potential
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise
- Provide direct patient care and skilled instruction in mobility, balance, strength, and functional activities
- Monitor and document patient progress; adjust treatment protocols based on functional outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies for safe community living
What We're Looking For
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT or DPT)
- Valid CPR certification
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
