About the Role
As a Mobile Anesthesiologist, you'll deliver safe, effective anesthesia services for dental procedures across our clinic network. This part-time position allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility. You'll work in a supportive environment where quality patient care and professional excellence are paramount.
What You'll Do
- Administer and manage anesthesia for general dentistry, orthodontic, and oral surgery procedures
- Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Monitor patient vitals and anesthesia levels throughout procedures, ensuring safety protocols are consistently followed
- Provide post-operative care instructions and manage recovery outcomes
- Collaborate with dental practitioners and clinical teams to optimize patient experiences
- Travel between clinic locations as needed to support our patient population
- Maintain comprehensive medical records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Current state medical license valid in Texas
- Active DEA registration
- Experience administering dental or procedural anesthesia
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented clinical setting
- Willingness to serve underserved communities
