About the Role
As a consulting manager in EY's financial services technology practice, you'll lead high-stakes engagements with asset managers, wealth platforms, and institutional investment firms. You'll combine technical depth in Aladdin implementation with client advisory skills, shaping how financial institutions modernize their operating models and investment workflows. This is hands-on leadership—balancing project execution with strategic guidance.
What You'll Do
- Direct consulting engagements for wealth and asset management clients, owning delivery timelines and client relationships
- Advise on Bloomberg Aladdin platform implementations, from requirements discovery through optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subject matter experts
- Diagnose business challenges and translate them into technology solutions for investment operations
- Develop investment technology strategies aligned with clients' growth and efficiency goals
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the consulting practice
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of consulting or technology leadership experience in financial services
- Demonstrated expertise with Bloomberg Aladdin, investment platform implementations, or comparable wealth/asset management systems
- Strong understanding of asset management operations, portfolio management, or institutional investment workflows
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-year engagements
- Experience building and scaling technical teams
- Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
