Third Party Help Desk Agent- Pharmacy

Albertsons is hiring a full-time Third Party Help Desk Agent for our pharmacy operations in Boise, Ada County. In this customer-focused role, you'll support pharmacy staff and patients by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations across our pharmacy services.

About the Role

As a Help Desk Agent supporting our pharmacy division, you'll be the backbone of our customer service and operational support team. You'll handle a range of inquiries—from prescription questions to technical system issues—while maintaining the professionalism and accuracy that healthcare demands. This position offers the opportunity to grow within Albertsons' pharmacy network while making a real difference in patient care.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from pharmacy staff and customers with prompt, accurate assistance
• Resolve routine inquiries related to prescriptions, medication information, insurance, and pharmacy services
• Troubleshoot technical or operational issues affecting pharmacy workflows
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records for follow-up and quality assurance
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while keeping customers informed
• Support multiple Albertsons pharmacy locations with consistent, knowledgeable service
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and business information in compliance with healthcare standards
