About the Role
As our Medical Billing Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing both the administrative and client-facing aspects of our billing operations. You'll prepare and submit insurance claims, manage client accounts, and work with your team to ensure the revenue cycle operates effectively and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical to our success.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance companies
- Handle client relations and address billing inquiries and concerns
- Process billing transactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with insurance companies on claim status
- Ensure billing documentation is complete and compliant with healthcare standards
- Work collaboratively with the billing team to improve efficiency and resolve issues
