Join Tyler Technologies as a Client Experience AI Enablement Lead in Lubbock, Lubbock County, where you'll drive the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence to transform how client-facing teams deliver support and how customers access resources. This full-time role is central to embedding AI capabilities across our Client Experience organization, directly impacting both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As Client Experience AI Enablement Lead, you'll partner with our Client Experience teams to identify, deploy, and scale AI-powered tools and knowledge systems that enhance how our organization serves customers. You'll bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and frontline client-facing operations, ensuring that our support, success, and service teams have the tools, training, and knowledge they need to leverage artificial intelligence effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Design and lead AI implementation strategies that improve client support delivery, content creation processes, and customer engagement workflows
  • Partner with Client Experience leadership to identify high-impact use cases for AI and knowledge management systems
  • Train and mentor client-facing teams on AI tools, best practices, and enablement resources
  • Build and maintain knowledge systems that make it easier for support and success teams to access information quickly and accurately
  • Measure adoption and impact of AI initiatives, continuously refining approach based on feedback and results
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure AI deployments align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Stay current with AI advancements and identify new opportunities to enhance client interactions

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience implementing AI tools or knowledge management systems in client-facing or support environments
  • Strong background in customer experience, client success, or client support operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change
  • Excellent communication and training skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Comfort with data analysis and the ability to track and communicate ROI on enablement initiatives
