Meridial is seeking a Java Coding Specialist for a full-time AI Trainer Project based in the United States. In this role, you'll create high-quality code examples and technical training materials that advance the capabilities of large-scale language models, directly shaping how AI systems understand and generate Java solutions.
About the Role
You'll be at the forefront of AI development, contributing code and expertise that helps language models deliver better software engineering assistance. Your work will influence how AI supports developers, researchers, and students across diverse domains—ensuring that AI systems have access to clear, accurate, and exemplary Java instruction.
What You'll Do
- Author clean, well-documented Java code that serves as training examples for language models
- Design coding problems and challenges at varying levels of complexity
- Evaluate and refine technical content for accuracy, clarity, and instructional value
- Identify gaps in AI training data related to Java and software engineering concepts
- Document design patterns, best practices, and common problem-solving approaches
- Work with training teams to ensure coding datasets are comprehensive and diverse
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise and fluency in Java programming
- Deep knowledge of software design principles, algorithms, and best practices
- Ability to write clear, instructional code and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
- Experience or familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation (preferred)
- Independent work style with excellent communication skills
