About the Role
As a Senior ML Ops Engineer, you'll architect and maintain production machine learning platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance for mission-critical systems. You'll bridge the gap between data science and software engineering, designing the infrastructure that transforms experimental models into enterprise solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning model deployment and monitoring
- Manage containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code for ML workloads
- Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to track model performance and system health
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to establish best practices for model lifecycle management
- Optimize costs and resource utilization across cloud infrastructure and on-premise systems
- Troubleshoot production incidents and lead post-incident reviews to improve system resilience
- Document architecture decisions and maintain runbooks for operational procedures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with machine learning operations, model deployment, and production systems
- Strong expertise in containerization technologies, Kubernetes, and orchestration platforms
- Hands-on proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, and version control
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks for complex systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for stakeholders
