About the Role
As an Emergency Medical Technician at GardaWorld, you'll respond to a variety of emergency situations across Superior and surrounding areas. No two days are exactly alike; your assignments will range from medical emergencies to security-related events and special operations. You'll provide immediate medical care, ensure patient safety, and coordinate with emergency services—all while maintaining the professionalism our clients expect.
What You'll Do
- Respond rapidly to emergency medical calls and security-related incidents
- Assess patients and provide emergency medical treatment according to your EMT certification level
- Maintain and inventory emergency medical equipment and supplies
- Document all emergency responses, patient assessments, and care delivered
- Communicate and coordinate with fire departments, paramedics, and hospitals
- Operate effectively in unpredictable, fast-paced environments
- Adhere to medical protocols, safety standards, and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- Valid Arizona Emergency Medical Technician certification (EMT-Basic or higher)
- Available to work full-time, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Strong composure and judgment in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and provide care in demanding conditions
- Adaptability and comfort with rapidly changing operational priorities
