Join Acosta Group as a full-time Juice Barista at our Fayfield, York County location. We're looking for an enthusiastic team member to craft fresh, delicious beverages and specialty drinks while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Juice Barista, you'll be the face of our beverage station, skillfully preparing a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty drinks for our customers. You'll take pride in creating quality products while maintaining our high standards for food safety and presentation.
What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh juice blends, smoothies, and other specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain juice bar equipment with attention to safety protocols and proper maintenance
- Set up and organize the beverage preparation area before each shift
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and inventoried
- Follow food safety regulations and Acosta Group compliance standards
- Engage with customers to take orders and provide product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout service
- Review product information and demonstration materials to understand offerings and program requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in food service, coffee shops, juice bars, or similar customer-facing roles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn our equipment, recipes, and operational procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctual time management
