About the Role

As a Manager In Training at our Carlsbad store, you'll work alongside the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to execute business strategies and create an exceptional shopping experience. This leadership track position offers hands-on experience in every facet of store operations, from team development to sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Support store management in day-to-day operations and strategic business initiatives
• Lead and motivate the sales team, modeling the highest standards of customer service excellence
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and operational goals
• Train and mentor retail associates on product knowledge and company standards
