About the Role
As a Part Time Sales Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic sales team that's essential to our success. You'll interact directly with customers, showcase our merchandise, and build relationships that create loyal shoppers. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and understand their needs to guide their selections
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our leather goods and fashion collections
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle payments professionally
- Maintain attractive store displays, organized inventory, and a clean shopping environment
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy and problem-solving mindset
- Support your team to maintain high service standards throughout your shifts
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months of direct face-to-face customer service experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you connect naturally with people
- Sales drive and genuine interest in helping customers find what they want
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented work style
- Flexibility to work part-time hours that align with our retail schedule
