About the Role
As a Mechanic Apprentice, you'll develop hands-on mechanical skills while working alongside experienced technicians in our shop. Your focus will be learning preventative maintenance techniques and equipment repair in a professional environment, contributing directly to the reliability and safety of our fleet. This is a full-time Monday through Friday position, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with approximately 50–55 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Learn routine preventative maintenance and inspection procedures
- Perform mechanical repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians
- Maintain equipment in safe and reliable working condition
- Document maintenance activities and equipment status
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures
What You'll Earn
- Starting hourly wage: $25.00
- Weekly paychecks for consistent cash flow
- $5,000 stay-on bonus upon meeting tenure requirements
- Overtime eligibility for additional earning potential
