About the Role
As an A Level Service Technician, you'll take on advanced diagnostic and repair responsibilities for Honda vehicles. You'll work independently on complex mechanical and electrical systems, mentor newer team members, and maintain the high standards that keep our customers returning. What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on Honda vehicles
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
- Perform scheduled maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment and scanning tools to identify complex issues
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Guide junior technicians and contribute to team training and development
- Ensure all repairs meet Honda specifications and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive service experience
- Proven expertise servicing Honda vehicles
- Current A-level or equivalent automotive certification
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle diagnostic and repair procedures
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic scanning tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the service team
- Valid driver's license
