About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise operations teams to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with all procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners—mechanics, suppliers, and vendors—to optimize processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve productivity and reduce costs
• Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Develop and mentor team members to build a high-performing, engaged operations crew
