Maintenance Technician II (SugarCreek)

Sugarcreek is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician II for our West Chester, Butler County facility. In this hands-on role, you'll keep our production equipment running smoothly by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs that keep our operations safe and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment systems to resolve operational issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to sustain reliability and safety
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Operations Management to minimize production downtime
• Inspect equipment, identify wear or damage, and execute necessary repairs or component replacements
• Respond to equipment emergencies and breakdowns to restore production as quickly as possible
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and equipment conditions for compliance and historical tracking

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance technician experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment systems
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with operations and management
• Physical capability to perform manual maintenance work, including lifting and working at height
• Commitment to safe work practices and operational excellence
