What You'll Do
- Execute repair and maintenance work following detailed service orders with precision
- Diagnose vehicle problems and identify the most effective repair solutions
- Perform complex repairs on Ford vehicles using current diagnostic equipment and techniques
- Conduct quality control tests on completed work to ensure safety and performance standards
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate status updates to service advisors
- Manage time effectively to meet production goals while maintaining high work quality
What We're Looking For
- Ford Certification (or commitment to obtaining it)
- ASE Certification demonstrating technical expertise
- Hands-on experience as an automotive service technician
- Strong diagnostic reasoning and mechanical problem-solving abilities
- Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
