Trademark Venues is hiring a Maintenance professional for our Fallbrook venue in San Diego County. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting one of North San Diego County's premier hospitality and event destinations. You'll keep our facility running smoothly while helping us deliver the exceptional experiences our clients expect.

About the Role

As a Maintenance team member at Trademark Venues, you'll be the backbone keeping our event venue safe, functional, and guest-ready. You'll handle everything from routine preventive maintenance and repairs to facility inspections and systems troubleshooting. This role combines hands-on technical work with the pride of maintaining a space where people celebrate life's most important moments.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems
• Inspect facilities, grounds, and equipment; identify and address issues before they impact operations
• Execute repairs and minor renovations; escalate complex issues appropriately
• Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate maintenance schedules
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and clients
• Document maintenance activities and keep detailed records
• Ensure the venue meets safety codes and operational standards
• Support event setup and breakdown when needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven maintenance experience in a commercial, hospitality, or venue setting (or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and execute solutions independently
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and work in all weather conditions
• Professional demeanor and teamwork mindset
• Certification or licensure in any trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is a plus
