About the Role

As a Client Benefits Advisor with Global Elite Empire Consultants, you'll combine product knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to guide clients through their benefits decisions. You'll assess individual and family needs, explain available options, calculate costs, and ensure clients feel confident in their choices. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients maximize their benefits while managing their healthcare spending.

What You'll Do

• Assess client circumstances and recommend appropriate health insurance plans and benefits options
• Explain plan features, deductibles, copayments, out-of-pocket maximums, and coverage details in clear language
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and assist with required documentation and applications
• Answer client questions about benefits, coverage details, claims procedures, and eligibility requirements
• Maintain accurate, organized client records and ensure all interactions comply with relevant regulations
• Build long-term client relationships through responsive, knowledgeable service
• Stay current with benefit plan changes and program updates

What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding of health insurance products, benefits administration, and insurance terminology
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex benefits information into clear, practical advice
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation, accuracy, and client record-keeping
• Genuine interest in helping clients and commitment to customer-centered service
• Ability to juggle multiple client inquiries, manage time effectively, and handle competing priorities
• Experience with benefits or insurance systems, CRM software, or relevant technology platforms (a plus)
