Lincoln Property Company is hiring a Senior Investment Analyst in Dallas, Texas to lead oversight of a diverse portfolio of general partner investments. In this full-time position, you'll manage multiple investment strategies across different geographies while delivering institutional-grade analysis and strategic guidance to stakeholders.
About the Role
As Senior Investment Analyst, you'll serve as a key member of the investment management team at Lincoln Property Company, responsible for monitoring and optimizing a diversified portfolio of general partner investments. This role demands both analytical rigor and strong communication skills to translate complex investment data into actionable insights for internal leadership and external investors.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and monitor the performance of a diversified portfolio of general partner investments spanning multiple strategies and geographic markets
- Develop and maintain institutional-quality reporting frameworks that track returns, risk metrics, and strategic alignment
- Conduct detailed investment analysis and due diligence to support portfolio decisions and investor communications
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly present portfolio performance to internal teams and external investors
- Partner with internal colleagues to ensure effective communication regarding investment performance and strategic initiatives
- Identify optimization opportunities within the portfolio to enhance returns and manage risk exposure
What We're Looking For
- Investment analysis experience with general partner investments or alternative asset classes
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities with strong Excel proficiency
- Understanding of real estate investment, asset management, or institutional investment strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights to executives and investors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple portfolios and synthesize complex financial data into clear reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
