About the Role
In this Field Resource Inspector position, you'll be responsible for delivering meticulous inspection work and maintaining the highest standards of documentation accuracy. Your focus will be on conducting field assessments, gathering critical project data, and generating inspection reports that ensure quality control across our commercial roofing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Execute comprehensive on-site inspections of commercial roofing systems and related installations
- Complete inspection forms and reports using electronic and traditional documentation methods
- Collect field data with precision to support project quality and regulatory compliance
- Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation reflects company quality standards
- Work collaboratively with construction teams to convey inspection findings and observations
- Support ongoing quality assurance and integrity verification processes
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in commercial roofing inspection, field assessment, or similar inspection roles
- Meticulous attention to detail in all documentation and reporting
- Comfort working independently at multiple job sites throughout the region
- Competence with both digital platforms and paper-based documentation systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in professional settings
- Valid driver's license and dependable access to transportation
- Ability to work effectively in varied weather and outdoor conditions
