About the Role

The Contract Management team at Cardinal Health develops and maintains the vendor agreements that fuel our supply chain efficiency. In this senior analyst position, you'll be the strategic backbone—building vendor chargeback contracts, ensuring customer alignment with those agreements, analyzing cost dynamics from our manufacturer partners, and translating complex contract data into actionable business insights. You'll work alongside procurement, finance, and operations teams to strengthen our vendor relationships and protect Cardinal Health's profitability.

What You'll Do

• Develop, negotiate, and maintain vendor chargeback contracts that align with Cardinal Health's procurement strategy and partner capabilities
• Ensure customer visibility and proper attachment to chargeback contract terms, supporting adoption and compliance
• Analyze chargeback cost fluctuations and manufacturer pricing changes, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions
• Partner across procurement, finance, and business units to translate contract performance data into strategic recommendations
• Monitor contract compliance, manage vendor scorecards, and escalate issues requiring leadership intervention
• Document contract terms, changes, and outcomes to support audit trails and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related discipline
• 3+ years of contract management, procurement analysis, or vendor relationship experience
• Proficiency in contract analysis, cost modeling, and financial spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent)
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholder priorities
• Experience in healthcare supply chain or vendor management is a plus
