Chemours is hiring a Liquid Cooling Data Center Account Executive to drive sales growth and build client relationships in Wyoming, Kent County. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone ready to lead the adoption of advanced liquid cooling solutions in the data center market.
About the Role
As a Liquid Cooling Data Center Account Executive at Chemours, you'll own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise and hyperscaler clients who are modernizing their thermal management infrastructure. You'll blend deep product knowledge with consultative selling to solve critical cooling challenges that impact data center efficiency, power consumption, and operational costs.
What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with data center operators, hyperscalers, and technology providers
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers including facility managers, engineering teams, and procurement leaders
- Present liquid cooling technologies and their competitive advantages to prospects at all stages of evaluation
- Develop account strategies that align client cooling and sustainability objectives with Chemours solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams, product specialists, and implementation partners to move deals forward
- Forecast pipeline activity, track sales metrics, and meet quarterly revenue targets
- Stay current on data center trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cooling demands
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial chemicals, data center solutions, cooling systems, or related technical fields
- Strong understanding of data center operations, thermal management, or infrastructure challenges
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Self-directed, with the ability to manage a large territory and multiple accounts independently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, engineering, or business
