Software Guidance & Assistance seeks a Global Project Manager to join a premier pharmaceutical services organization in Little Tucson, Pima County. About the Role
As a Global Project Manager, you'll own the end-to-end management of multiple projects within a pharmaceutical services environment. You'll be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery—ensuring every initiative meets quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. This role sits at the heart of the company's Project Management Chapter, where your strategic oversight directly impacts product delivery and organizational outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and changes proactively
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Communicate status, challenges, and results to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage projects ranging from routine implementations to complex, multi-faceted initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven project management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical services or regulated industries
