About the Role

As Retail Store Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations at our Bend store, managing a team of sales associates while creating an inviting shopping experience. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising
