Pre- Litigation Associate Attorney

Levin & Nalbandyan LLP is hiring a full-time Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney for our Studio City office in Los Angeles County. In this role, you'll be the first line of advocacy for personal injury clients—investigating their claims, building evidence, and negotiating with insurance carriers to secure fair compensation before litigation.

As a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney at Levin & Nalbandyan LLP, you'll manage the critical early stages of personal injury claims. This is where thorough investigation and strategic preparation set the foundation for successful case outcomes. You'll work directly with injured clients, understand their needs, and develop comprehensive claim strategies.

What You'll Do

• Conduct detailed investigations into accident circumstances and client injuries
• Obtain, review, and analyze medical records, accident reports, and supporting evidence
• Assess liability and evaluate claim strength and settlement value
• Draft demand letters and settlement proposals to insurance carriers
• Manage client communications with empathy and professionalism
• Research applicable laws and legal precedents to support claim positions
• Prepare case files and documentation for potential litigation if needed
• Coordinate with medical providers, investigators, and expert witnesses

What We're Looking For

• Licensed attorney in good standing in California
• Prior experience in pre-litigation, personal injury, or general civil practice
• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client matters
• Professional, client-focused approach to case management
• Attention to detail and commitment to thorough case preparation
