About the Role
As a Crew Member at PepperJax Grill in Bellevue, you'll be part of our growing restaurant team. What You'll Do
- Operate grill stations, preparing high-quality meals with precision and consistency
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work station throughout each shift
- Coordinate efficiently with other team members to deliver orders on time during service
- Respond to customer requests with professionalism and a service-focused approach
- Support fellow crew members and contribute to a positive team culture
- Manage inventory and communicate supply needs to management
