About the Role

As an Instacart Shopper, you'll be the backbone of our delivery service. You'll select quality groceries from local retail partners, manage customer requests, and deliver orders to customers throughout West Rutland. What You'll Do

• Browse available shopping and delivery jobs through the Instacart app, selecting orders that work for you
• Shop for groceries at partner stores, selecting the best items based on customer preferences and quality standards
• Communicate with customers via the app regarding item availability and substitutions
• Deliver completed orders to customer addresses in West Rutland and surrounding areas
• Maintain accurate order records and handle payment processing through the app
• Keep your vehicle maintained and ensure reliable transportation for daily deliveries

What We're Looking For

• Valid US driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Smartphone with the Instacart app installed
• Age 18 or older
• Ability to shop, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
• Comfortable using mobile technology and navigating unfamiliar areas
