Operations Technician – 3rd Shift

Idemitsu Lubricants America is hiring an Operations Technician for the 3rd shift at our Watson, Clark County facility. In this full-time production role, you'll operate high-speed automated equipment to package premium lubricant products and keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Operate advanced filling and packaging machinery, processing lubricant products into containers ranging up to 340 gallons
• Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure consistent, efficient production output
• Inspect products and equipment regularly to identify and prevent quality or safety issues
• Monitor production flow and respond quickly to equipment adjustments or troubleshooting needs
• Maintain a clean, organized work area that meets manufacturing and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet shift targets and support continuous operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating industrial machinery or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures accurately
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle materials up to 50 pounds
• Reliability and willingness to work a consistent 3rd shift schedule
• Basic mechanical knowledge and readiness to learn new equipment and processes
