What You'll Do
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to optimize team productivity
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital records for client documents and administrative materials
- Perform data entry and handle correspondence to support office operations
- Manage general office tasks including mail distribution, supply ordering, and office maintenance coordination
- Assist with client intake and administrative support as needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Proficiency with office software and comfortable learning new systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a full-time in-office role
- Experience in a reception, administrative, or customer-facing role is a plus
