About the Role
As a Key Holder at Go! Stores in West Springfield, you'll be entrusted with keys to the facility and responsibilities that support daily store operations. This hourly position is ideal for someone ready to grow within a retail environment while gaining hands-on experience in store management and customer-facing work.
What You'll Do
- Open and close the store following company procedures and security protocols
- Safeguard store keys and ensure all entry points are secured at the end of each shift
- Assist with cash handling, register operations, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Monitor store inventory and alert management to stock needs
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service throughout your shift
- Perform assigned merchandising, stocking, and restocking duties
- Support Store Manager with operational tasks and team coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle responsibility and keys with care and accountability
- Customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math and cash-handling experience a plus
- Willingness to follow company policies and security procedures
