About the Role

As a Lead Supervisor I, you'll play a pivotal role in driving store performance and team development. This full-time position balances strategic store operations with hands-on leadership, ensuring every guest encounter reflects Coach's commitment to quality and authenticity.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates, fostering professional growth and accountability
• Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and store presentation across all shifts
• Drive sales performance and visual merchandising excellence aligned with Coach brand standards
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
• Train team members on product knowledge, company policies, and service excellence protocols
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of store staff
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace and brand alignment
• Collaborate with store management on initiatives that enhance the guest experience and drive business results

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Passion for luxury retail, fashion, or brand-driven customer service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented approach to inventory control, cash procedures, and compliance
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training or certification a plus
