About the Role
As a Night Crew Stocker at our Wauconda store, you'll work with our overnight team to ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is properly organized. Your work creates an inviting shopping environment and ensures Lake County customers find what they need. This is hands-on work that requires attention to detail and teamwork.
What You'll Do
- Receive and verify incoming merchandise shipments for quality and accuracy
- Stock shelves throughout the store with proper product placement and rotation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate stock needs to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and box cutters as trained
- Organize and maintain the backroom to support efficient store operations
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during night shifts

- Physical capability to lift, carry, and position merchandise throughout your shift
- Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset
