Customer Service Associate I

Family Dollar is hiring a Customer Service Associate I at our Morgan City location in Saint Mary Parish. This full-time retail position offers an opportunity to directly shape how customers experience our store, from the moment they walk in to when they leave with their purchases.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer questions, offer product recommendations, and guide shoppers to find what they need
• Ring up transactions at the point of sale with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle cash drawers, verify amounts, and safeguard money and company property throughout your shift
• Stock shelves and displays, ensuring merchandise is well-organized, clearly marked, and readily available
• Recover and arrange products throughout the store to maintain an inviting, functional shopping environment
• Support the overall operations that keep our Morgan City store running smoothly
