Floor Leader (Full-Time)

Golden Triangle Mall in Northlake, Denton County is hiring a full-time Floor Leader to drive exceptional retail operations and guest satisfaction across our shopping center. This hands-on supervisory role combines customer service leadership, sales execution, and merchandising excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As Floor Leader, you'll report to store management and own the day-to-day experience that makes shopping at Golden Triangle Mall memorable. This full-time position blends direct guest interaction with team leadership and operational oversight, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, welcoming visit.

What You'll Do

• Lead guest-facing operations including point-of-sale transactions, customer inquiries, and problem resolution
• Execute merchandise displays, organize product pulls, and maintain visual standards throughout assigned areas
• Process transactions efficiently using register systems and follow established payment procedures
• Manage daily operational tasks such as opening and closing routines, inventory checks, and area cleanliness
• Support sales activities and help guests discover products and services that meet their needs
• Train and supervise floor staff, modeling excellent customer service and operational standards
• Communicate with management regarding performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational challenges
• Adapt to changing business needs and contribute to special projects or promotional events

What We're Looking For

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate team members
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high-traffic, fast-paced setting
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, organized spaces
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with scheduling as needed
• Ability to represent the Golden Triangle Mall brand professionally and courteously
