About the Role
As a Women's Sales Coordinator at Saks, you are the front line of our commitment to sophisticated customer service. You'll work in our women's department, helping clients discover pieces that match their style and needs while maintaining the elevated standards that define Saks. Your role bridges sales, styling guidance, and operational excellence—ensuring every customer leaves with an exceptional experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assess their shopping goals to recommend appropriate merchandise and brands
- Provide knowledgeable product information and styling guidance for women's apparel, accessories, and seasonal collections
- Process transactions accurately and professionally at point of sale
- Maintain department organization, display standards, and inventory accuracy
- Assist with merchandising tasks and seasonal floor resets
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, attentive service
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with grace and discretion

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse customers
- Retail sales experience or demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
