About the Role

GT Expedited is actively recruiting experienced CDL A drivers to operate in our Over-the-Road division across the Midwest and Northeast. This full-time position combines steady weekly earnings with predictable weekend resets at home—designed for drivers who value both income stability and personal time with family.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles on regional routes covering Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio
• Transport LTL and dry van freight throughout our service territory
• Execute deliveries on schedule while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and safety standards
• Reset at your home base in the Hobart area every weekend
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL A license with at least one year of verifiable over-the-road driving experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical examination and background screening
• Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional service
• Willingness to operate in the IL, PA, NJ, and OH regions
• Reliability and communication skills for customer-facing interactions

Compensation & Benefits

We provide $2,000 per week guaranteed income for your first 90 days, with typical weekly gross earnings reaching $2,760. All new drivers receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus with the first payment issued within two weeks of your start date—helping you get established quickly.
