Driver Hourly CDL-A

VISTAR is hiring a full-time CDL-A Driver based in Budd Lake, New Jersey (Mount Olive, Morris County). This is a local delivery position offering $27 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits that start on day one—perfect for experienced drivers who value schedule predictability and time at home.

About the Role

This position operates exclusively on local routes within the region, with no overnight stays or extended layovers required. You'll work a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule with early morning dispatch, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while building a stable career in commercial transportation.

What You'll Do

• Operate a commercial vehicle on assigned local routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Deliver goods safely and on schedule
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Clean driving record
• Verifiable commercial driving experience
• Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations
• Professional communication and reliability
• Ability to work early morning shifts
