In this full-time position, you'll drive community growth and strengthen our partnerships by designing and executing outreach campaigns, managing our referral program, and connecting talented workers with opportunities that align with their goals.
About the Role
As our Outreach & Referral Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between NoGigiddy's mission and our growing community of gig professionals. You'll own the growth of our referral program, manage strategic outreach initiatives, and help attract top talent to our platform. This role sits at the intersection of community engagement, partnership development, and program management—perfect for someone who thrives on relationship-building and measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Design, launch, and optimize referral programs that incentivize community members to invite friends and colleagues into the NoGigiddy ecosystem
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to contractors, gig workers, and complementary platforms to expand our network
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, influencers, and community leaders in the gig economy space
- Track program performance, analyze conversion metrics, and report on the impact of your outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging resonates with our audience
- Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to improve member acquisition and engagement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing referral programs or community outreach initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you'll be the voice of NoGigiddy to the wider gig economy community
- Comfort with data: you can track KPIs, analyze results, and iterate based on what you learn
- Natural relationship builder with the ability to identify and connect with potential partners and community advocates
- Self-motivated and organized, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Understanding of or genuine interest in the gig economy and alternative work arrangements
