About the Role
As a Reporting Specialist, you'll be the bridge between data and strategy at Southwest Business Corporation. You'll own the analysis and reporting of our digital marketing performance, creating clear, actionable insights that shape marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, including metrics like conversion rates, ROI, traffic sources, and engagement
- Track website analytics and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities and conversion barriers
- Create regular performance reports and dashboards that communicate key findings to leadership and marketing teams
- Evaluate blog content performance and provide recommendations for topics, formats, and distribution strategies
- Conduct data analysis to test hypotheses, validate marketing assumptions, and identify trends
- Recommend improvements to marketing strategies based on performance data and competitive benchmarking
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to define success metrics and reporting requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, similar tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling reports and presentations
- Experience with digital marketing fundamentals and marketing metrics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
