About the Role

The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit builds the talent foundation BAE Systems depends on to achieve its most critical strategic and operational goals. As a Principal HR Business Partner, you'll be the trusted strategic advisor to senior business leaders, translating organizational challenges into people-centered solutions that drive measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic consultant to executives and business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
• Design and implement organizational development and change initiatives that strengthen capability and performance
• Develop and sustain collaborative partnerships across the business, positioning yourself as a credible business advisor
• Influence business decisions through workforce insights, talent analytics, and strategic recommendations
• Support the recruitment, development, and retention of critical talent needed to meet organizational objectives
• Contribute to HR policies, programs, and practices that attract and engage high-performing employees

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in strategic human resources business partnering roles
• Deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and change management
• Demonstrated ability to build influence and drive collaboration across organizational boundaries
• Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to translate business requirements into HR solutions
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and workforce development
