Customer Service Representative

Quipt Home Medical is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Duncan, Spartanburg County, South Carolina. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Quipt Home Medical, you'll be the direct point of contact for customers, physicians, and internal teams. Reporting to the Branch Manager or CSR Director, you'll manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer receives the responsive service that builds lasting relationships in the home medical equipment space.

What You'll Do

• Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers and healthcare providers in a professional, timely manner
• Process orders, manage equipment deliveries, and track shipments to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate solutions with clinical and delivery teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in company systems
• Provide product information about respiratory equipment and other durable medical devices
• Support billing and insurance inquiries, working with accounting and compliance teams as needed
• Assist with scheduling equipment deliveries, training, and follow-up care
• Contribute to team goals and support branch operations as requested

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; customer service experience a plus
