About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Associate Manager to oversee claims adjusting operations and drive consistent service level performance. You'll oversee adjuster performance, manage caseloads, and ensure claims are processed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of customer care. This full-time position places you at the center of our claims management strategy, where your leadership directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational metrics.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a team of insurance adjusters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development
- Monitor and maintain service level targets and claims processing timelines
- Review claim files for accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance
- Handle escalated claims and complex customer situations with diplomacy and problem-solving
- Analyze team performance data and implement process improvements
- Ensure adherence to company policies, state regulations, and insurance guidelines
- Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and internal departments
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in claims adjusting, claims management, or related insurance operations
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance products—home, auto, and casualty claims
- Proficiency with claims management software and standard business applications
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
