Reuter-Stokes is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Twinsburg, Summit County. In this full-time role, you'll evaluate customer creditworthiness, manage credit risk, support our accounts receivable operations, and ensure timely collections while optimizing company cash flow.

About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll be at the center of our credit and collections operations. You'll evaluate customer credit applications, assess credit risk, and support our accounts receivable function to achieve collection goals while maintaining positive customer relationships. This position is essential to reducing bad debt exposure, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring the financial stability of Reuter-Stokes.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit history, and other relevant factors
• Assess and manage credit risk to protect company assets and inform credit approval decisions
• Monitor customer accounts and recommend appropriate credit limits based on risk assessment
• Support the accounts receivable function in processing collections efficiently and accurately
• Follow up with customers on past-due invoices and work to resolve payment issues
• Analyze credit and payment data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving cash flow and reducing bad debt exposure
• Maintain accurate records and prepare credit reports to support business decisions
