What You'll Do
- Direct audit procedures and oversee fieldwork across multiple client engagements, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and regulatory frameworks
- Manage compliance deliverables and partner with clients on audit findings, recommendations, and financial reporting matters
- Develop and coach junior auditors and senior associates, fostering their technical skills and professional judgment
- Communicate audit results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex accounting issues into actionable insights
- Support business development by building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded service delivery
What We're Looking For
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification; relevant experience managing audit engagements
- Solid understanding of GAAP, auditing standards (AICPA/PCAOB), and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to supervise team members and mentor developing professionals
- Detail-oriented approach to quality control with strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
