About the Role
This is a full-time Sales Associate position at Teton Volkswagen's Eagle Rock location. You'll be the face of our dealership, connecting customers with Volkswagen vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle. Your bilingual abilities — particularly English and Spanish fluency — make you an invaluable asset to our diverse customer base across Bonneville County and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their vehicle preferences and budget
- Communicate product features, specifications, and financing options clearly in both English and Spanish
- Guide customers through test drives and answer technical and safety questions
- Build relationships that lead to sales and long-term customer loyalty
- Maintain an organized, professional showroom environment
- Work collaboratively with sales managers and finance staff to complete transactions
- Follow company policies rooted in honesty, fairness, and customer dignity
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
